1. Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order at your address to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements (Important)
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not have any stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Packaging: It must be in its original packaging (box or protective wrapping) and include any accessories or manuals that came with it.

Proof of Purchase: You must present the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item during shipping, please contact us immediately (within the first 48 hours of receipt). We will send you a replacement at no cost or process a full refund.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and send you the return shipping instructions and address.

Once we receive the product and inspect its condition (verifying that it meets the requirements outlined in point 2), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection:

We will automatically process the refund to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

The time it takes for the money to appear in your account will depend on your bank (generally 5 to 10 business days).

6. Shipping Costs
Returns for personal preference: If you decide to return the product because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns due to defects: We will cover the shipping costs if the error was ours or the product arrived damaged.
